📦 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at
📧 support@hmshoes.in. - The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video is required as proof for processing return or replacement requests.
🔁 Return Process
- Contact us at support@hmshoes.in with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and your unboxing video.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if the returned product meets all conditions.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your HMShoes Wallet (store credit) within 3–5 business days.
- No refunds to bank accounts are provided at this time.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products without unboxing videos.
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery.
- Used, worn, or damaged products (not due to delivery).
⚠️ Important Notes
- Always record a 360° unboxing video when opening your parcel.
- Our team reserves the right to deny any return/refund if the conditions are not met.
- Return and refund requests made without proper proof may not be accepted.
